Refund and reprint policy

Every printed calendar is made for your family, so we cannot take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or never arrives, we reprint it for free or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancelling an order

We check every order by hand before it goes to the printer. Until then you can cancel for a full refund. Email support@familyluach.com with your order number or the link to your order page.

Once your order is sent to the printer, it is being made just for you, so we cannot refund it for a change of mind.

Damaged, misprinted or lost

If your calendar arrives damaged, has a printing mistake made by us or our printer, or is lost on the way, we will reprint it for free or give you a full refund, your choice.

What is not covered

You see a full preview of every page before you pay, and the printed calendar matches that preview. So mistakes in the names, dates or photos you entered are not covered. Please contact us anyway and we will try to help. You can fix your calendar and order a reprint at the normal price.

A wrong shipping address entered at checkout is not covered once the order has shipped. If you spot it sooner, email us before your order goes to the printer and we can cancel it for a full refund.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Any sales tax you paid is refunded with it.

Free downloads

Designing your calendar and downloading the PDFs are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Shipping

We ship printed calendars to US addresses only. Shipping is free, and faster shipping is available at checkout. Orders are usually printed and shipped within 5 business days.
